Syntus Utrecht has a service shop at the bus station Amersfoort (Stationsplein 109) where you are welcome for (un) good advice and information. Here you can also buy tickets with cash and debet card.

Here you can:

- purchase subscriptions

- View OV chip card details (up to the last 10 transactions and products)

- charge the balance

- pick up orders on your OV chip card

- unblock OV chip card, except unblock the balance

- Activate travel on balance with the bus

- adjust automatic charging, on presentation of the corresponding letter

- purchase an anonymous public transport chip card

Opening hours

Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm.

Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
